Support of local business by the REALTORS® and their clients is a great way to help these local merchants thrive. As local businesses and merchants thrive so do local economies.
Fundraising for Youth Activity Groups (youth sports, etc.)
The Real Estate Review is launching a Fundraising Division that will help Youth Activity Groups. Many youth sports organizations as well as other youth groups constantly struggle to raise money for activities and scholarships. In addition to many years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, the Real Estate Review team have also spent countless hours volunteering time with youth activity groups, such as youth sports organizations and youth community related projects.
One of the cornerstones of the Real Estate Review is to bring REALTORS®, their clients and Local Merchants together in support of our local communities. As part of this, we have developed a way to help provide some fundraising opportunities for the groups that serve the local youth population.
We have set up a program based on connecting local youth activity groups with local merchants. The Real Estate Review will contribute 30% of each Initial/First Time (new advertisers) advertising sale that is generated by a participating youth organization back to the organization. As a simple example, when a 3 month ad is sold by a youth organization, $75 received from the sale is given to the youth organization which made the sale. Ads sold to existing customers of the Real Estate Review or Ad Renewals will generate a 15% contribution to the organization that makes the sale.
Example* (based on 50 Three Month Ads Sales)
If a youth organization sells 50 three month Initial/First Time Ads (new advertisers), they will receive $3750.
If a youth organization sells 50 three month Ad Renewals/Existing Customers Ads, they will receive $1350.
*These figures can change based on the number of sales and the various combinations of 3 month sales, 1 month sales, new customers, existing customers, etc.
The participating merchant will have a link to our advertising page. The advertising page will feature a prominent company logo link to the merchants very own ad page. Merchants will be able to feature coupons, discounts and general advertising information on this page and also reference the particular youth group the merchant is helping support. These personalized web pages are delivered to thousands each month in your local community.
